What a fairly nice stay, nothing to complain about. The hotel was big with a marvellous location next to coastline and islands, nature with incredible views from the balconies, and bus station. Excellent service from the supper friendly, amazingly nice staff members...

Fancy, clean place in a domestic area, with a new-fashioned room and a lovely breakfast, knowledgeable and excellent personnel, and a comfortable bed - simply a perfect stay with no complaints.

This hotel seems to be still under construction, because of this the room smelt of concrete like a building site. There were bare electricity points in the room and a hole in the ceiling where a light fitting or fan should have been. There was no tv as advertised and no fan. The pool was not clean, full of bugs and very small. The door to our room would not lock and there was no remote for the a/c and non could be found in the hotel which worked so we had to have the a/c on freezing all night! The staff spoke little or no english and the breakfast was small and no choice. All in all a very disappointing experience for a hotel which promised much but did not deliver, we checked out as soon as we could in the morning. The only plus was the view but that did not compensate for the rest.

We had a good sized and well-equipped room overlooking the sea.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Kep. The deluxe room with a private balcony and ocean view was absolutely stunning. It was so spacious and the interior was so comfortable. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the beach come to life. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach. I could easily walk into the ocean, then come back and relax by the pool. Plus, the hotel is close to the crab market and there are plenty of shops nearby for snacks and drinks. The on-site restaurant had a great selection of both Western and Khmer food at a reasonable price. The staff, especially Nomi and Ro, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even better. And the best part was the price. Compared to other hotels in the area, this hotel offered an amazing experience at a fantastic price. I highly recommend staying here. I had a truly unforgettable experience at this hotel.

Good location, comfortable room and aircon
Room was not as listed on Booked.net. No hot water, no tv. Pool was very murky and very small so it is very hot during the day. The hotel should reduce its prices until it is finished and all services are in place. Staff are nice but untrained. Restaurant is expensive and very limited in choice of food.

We loved staying 3 nights here. Stayed in a splendid deluxe room with a comfortable bed and a sea view. - Nice service, just what we needed. - the hotel was close enough to Cambodia, the sea, a sandy beach, and other cafes, restaurants. - the food in the terrace was reasonably priced and delicious.

The hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are hard to beat. The staff are friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, right beside the small town square and just in front of the main Kep beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the beach and a terrace to relax on in the evening. The breakfast is also a highlight, with a variety of options and a stunning view overlooking the water.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Spent New Year at this hotel and loved it! Location was great, just a short walk away from the beach and near plenty of shops and restaurants. We had a spacious room with a gorgeous pool and sea view. It was very quiet at night too, so we slept peacefully. the breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful.
There were minor issues with the facilities, such as a bit of wear and tear and inconsistent shower pressure, but they were insignificant compared to the great overall experience we had. there were quite a few stairs to climb, so it might not be suitable for someone with mobility issues.

I loved this hotel's location right across from the street from the beach. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice swimming pool and a convenient coffee shop. The staff was helpful and friendly, always available to answer questions. Also, the hotel was very clean and offered transportation and parking services.
Nothing, everything was great.

Great views and location overlooking the sea and islands. The restaurant and bar had good food with a lovely view. The rooms were satisfactory, and the sound of the waves at night was relaxing.
The staff were not overly friendly or helpful and made us feel like a nuisance. The bathroom lock was faulty, and the shower pressure was poor.
